ADJOURNMENT Page 12 of 13 CITY COUNCIL Agenda - Final -revised January 31, 2023 The location identified on this agenda is the location at which the presiding officer will be physically present and presiding over the meeting. Members of the City Council may be participating remotely in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Council Rules of Procedure. According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual speaker presentations shall be limited to a total of three minutes (i) for the consent agenda, regardless of the number of consent -agenda items for which a person has registered, (ii) for the non -consent agenda, regardless of the number of non -consent -agenda items for which a person has registered, and (iii) for each zoning and public hearing. Group presentations shall be limited to a total of six minutes for each type of item described in (i) through (iii). At the Mayor's discretion or if requested by another City Councilmember or the City Manager, the Mayor shall allow the public to speak on a particular consent -agenda or non -consent -agenda item for three minutes per individual speaker and six minutes per group representative. Also at the Mayor's discretion, time limits may be reasonably adjusted Fort Worth City Hall and the City Council Chamber are wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need accommodations, auxiliary aids, or services such as interpreters, readers, or large print are requested to contact the City's ADA Coordinator at (817) 392-8552 or e-mail ADA@FortWorthTexas.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
