ORDINANCE ACCEPTING IMPROVERII F.NTS ON A PORTION
OF MARKET AVENUE IN 71E CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING 111E ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY

OF C"ERTIFICA`IES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

W'r[LREAS, the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has hereto-
fore entered into a contract with Texas Bitulithic Company for
the making and construction of certain street improvements on
the followinL, portion of Market Avenue in said City, to wit:
MARKET AVENUE, from the northerly line of Twenty-1_r'ifth
Street to the northerly line of Twenty-Sixth Street;
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have -been completed upon
said portion of Market Avenue and have been inspected and
found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor;
THEREFORE,
�I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, THAT:

The improvements on said portion of Market Avenue be
and they are hereby, accepted, and the contract with reference
jto the construction of such improvements be,, and is hereby,
( found and declared fully completed and performed,

The Mayor be, and he is hereby, directed to issue and
execute in the name of the City, certificates in evidence of
'the special assessments levied against abutting property and
Jthe owners thereof for such improvements, and the City Secretary
is directed to attest same and impress thereon the corporate
seal of the City, all in accordance with the proceedings
�lrelating to such improvements and assessments. Such certificates be delivered to Texas Bitulithic Company.
