AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF ONE THOU-
SAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY AND 25/100 DOLLARS ($1,130-25)
FOR THE DOSE OF PAYING THE FIRST Ste-ANNUAL INSTAIXMM
OF INTEMT ON SEVENTY-FM THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00)
WORTH OF FIRE PROTECTION BONDS, SERIES 89, AUTHORIM TO BE
ISSUED BY ORDINANCE NO. 3440, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON WEDNESDAY,
THE 29M DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1955.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OT' THE CITY OF FORT WOR'T'H., TMAS'.
SECTION, 1.
That the sum of one Thousand, One Hundred Thirty and 25/100 Dollars
($1,130.25) be appropriated, out of the unappropriated balance in the General
Fund of the City of Fort Worth to pay the first semi-annual installment of
interest to be due and payable on the first day of September, A. D. 1956,
on negotiable coupon bonds of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, authorised to
be issued by the City Council of said City by Ordinance No. 3440, on Wednes-
day, the 29th day of February, A. D. 1956, in ttw. principal sum of Seventy-
five Thousand Dollars ( t75, .00) and being designated as "Fire Protection
Bonds," Series 89.
That the appropriation herein made shall be transferred and placed
in a separate fund and shell be devoted to the payment of the interest on
said bonds when said interest becomes due and payable, and shall not be used,
applied or diverted: to any other purpose or object whatsoever..
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
