to execute the snid contract in the none of the City of Fort Worth, Taman,

Referri=g to the report of the 1"ablic Works Depaxtseat in connection
with bids for the improvezaeat of streets at Thirteen (13) locations, being por-
tious of South Main Street, Devitt Street, East Drew Strcet, Fifth Lvenue,
West DroaAus Street, Blalock Avenue, horphy Street, Avenue "A", Macey
Street, Curzon Avenue, ansi Karket Avenue, in the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
and to the proposed contract therefor, it appears that the amount which the
City will pay in connection with such Contract saa improvements is the
sum of Sixty Thousand. Dollars ($60,000.00).
