AN ORDINANCE REFERRING BIDS FOR THE IMPROTEMENT
F THE SEMINARY DRIVE EXTE03ION, UNIT NO. 2, IN
THE CITY OF kURT - RTH, TEA , TO THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT FOR A REIURT THEN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNC IL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECT IDN 1.
That Bids for the construction of improvements on Seminary Drive
Extension, from the westerly line of South Adams Street to the easterly
line of Hemphill Street, known and designated as Unit No. 2, in the
City of Fort Worth, Texas, having on the 5th day of November, 1957, been
opened and read and the following persons had filed bids for the perfor-
mance of such work or part thereof, to-wit:
1. Texas Bitulithic Company, Fort Worth, Texas
2. General Construction Company, Fort 'Worth, Texas
that such Bids be and the same are hereby referred to the Public Works
Department, which is directed to cause to be promptly filed with the
City Council a report and recommendation thereon.

That this Ordinance shall, take effect from and after its passage.
