The City Secretary is hereby directed to advertise for Bids for the
construction of the said 0provenents in accordance with the said Specificationc,
which advertisenent shall be inserted one or more times in the Fort Worth Press,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Fort Wbrth5 and shall call for
sealed Bide for the said work, to bje,, filed with tlie City Counoil on or before the
17th day of December, 1957, at 10:00 o'clock A.n. I= which date such bids shall
be opened and read as prescribed by, the CiLy Charter. 'I'he first �publication of
said advertisement shall be not less than ten (10) days before the date herein
set for opening of bids.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
