Crocker Surveys, annexed by Ordinance No. 3872, June 2*7p 1958 (South of and adjacent to Greater Fort Worth International Airport) "Annexed Area FfA SECTION 2. The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with a comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting, health, safety, morals and the general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent the overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other public requirements. They have been made with reasonable consideration, among other things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the Most appropriate use of land throughout the community. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinance except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 4. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. MCTILON 5. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcenent of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and NoAOO Dollars M.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 6.
