IN THE CITY OF M,T ,,1011TH, TE` 1FERE.6, the City of Fort 4orth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract with Texas Bitulithic Co. for the maRing and construction of certain street improvements on a portion of ';oleiler Blvd. and Pyron Ave, in said City, to-ldt: 1. 14eiler Blvd.: from Iiondle,,,v Rd— to Lancaster Known and desiirnated as Unit 1. 2. Pyron Ave.; from 'Jilson Rd. to Turnaround known and designated as Unit 2. and dil ,-( AS, such improvements have been com.pl.eted upon said portions of 1,,Teiler [tivd. and, Pyron Ave. and have been inspected and found to be in complete accord- ance with the contract, Na., THEREFORE, BE IT OYDAI14ED BY TIME CITY COUNCIL CIF Tf1j] CITY OF FORT 1JOBRTH, TEXAS. That the improvements on said p)rtion of the streets 1;e and are hereby accepted; and that the Contract with reference to the construction of such improvements be, and is hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed; That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage. The contractor has completed the construction on Units 1 & 2, Weiler Blvd. & Pyron Avenue, in accordance with the plans and specifications; however, Unit 3, Dillard Avenue, is not complete as the work order was delayed die to difficulties on completing the assessment procedures. For Units I & 2, the contract price was $33,296.00 and the final contract cost was $33,962.22 with the property owner's portion being $22,2,47,79 and the City's portion being $ 11 ,714.43. It is recommended that the ordinance accepting the improvements on these units be adopted and that Estimate No. 4 and Final for Units I b 2 in the amount of $1 ,207.47 be approved for payment.
