The Public Works Department and the City Planni g Department have investi- gated this request and have no objections to the closing. Letters have been received fr„ the electric, gas, and telephone utilities companies Indicating approval of the chasing. The easement involved is as follows: A 10 utiIity easement along the common Iine of Lot A and Lot R, Block 1, Ridgmar Plaza Addition, as recorded In "Vol . 388-23, Page 60 of the Tarrant County Deed Records in Fort Worth, Texas: BEGINNIW at the south line of said Block 1 ; TF'tCF north with the cc ion line of said Lots A and B-Ri 'THENCE wes'°t with- the cc4rmon line of said Lots A and P-R to ,a point 61 .491 west of the northeast corner { of said Lot A. It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted for the closing of a portion of the 101 utility easement in Clock 1 , Ridgmar Plaza Addition as,described above.
