Gov't Code § 551.042) Public Comments23-0089 Speaker/Comment Card ADJOURNMENT According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to six minutes. At the Mayor’s discretion, time limits may be reasonably adjusted. The location identified on this agenda is the location at which the presiding officer will be physically present and presiding over the meeting. Members of the City Council may be participating remotely in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Council Rules of Procedure.
