SECTION 1.
That the following, described territory within the corporate limits of the Town
of Westover Hills is hereby discontinued as a part of the Town of Westover Hills,
and said territory is described by metes and bounds as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Block 15, Ridg7nar,
an Addition to the City of fort Worth, in Tarrant County, Texas, as
said lot appears upon the map of record in Volume 388-12, at Paz- 48,
in the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
THENCE along the lines of Lots l?, 12, and 1, Block, 15, Ridgnar;
North 14 Degrees - 52 Minutes West 140 feet, and North 14 DeLTees
41 Minutes East 312.5 feet, and North 37 Degrees - 50 Minutes East
185.8 feet, to the Met corner of said Lot 1; and North 44 Degrees
32 Minutes West 171.7 feet to a point in the northwesterly line of
Genoa Street.
THENCE Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of Genoa
Street 11.1 feet to the East corner of Lot 5, Block 16, Ridgmar.
TIMNOE North 41 Degrees West along the Northeasterly line of
said Lot 5 a distance of 12.9 feet to its intersection with a common
city limit line of Fort Worth and Westover Hills.
THENCE along the common city limit line of Fort Worth and West-
over Hills: South 10 Degrees - 25 Minutes West 171.9 feet, and
South No Degrees - 25 ill-inutes West 593.4 feet to its intersection
with the Northerly line of Westover Drive.
THENCE Easterly along the Northerly line of Westover Drive 52.1
feet to the place of beginning and containing approximately 1.334
acres.

106 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Te3ms, then run South 917
Degrees - 22 Minutes West 34.1 feet, and South Plo Degrees - 25 Minutes
West 766.4 feet to the beginning point of the tract herein described:
THENCE South 23 Degrees - 27 Ninutes :vast 204.1 feet.
THINCE South 50 Degrees - 4,7 Minutes dest 107.1 feet to a point in
the Common City Limit Line of Fort 'Worth and Westover Hills.
THENCE North No Degrees - 25 MiniO,e5 Vast along said City Li;zkit
Line 254.8 feet to the place of beginning and containinp approximately
0.22 acres.

line of said lot 34.1 feet to its intersection with the common city
limit line of Fort, NIorth and 'Westover Hills.
THEME North No Degrees - 25 Minutes East along said City Limit
Line 62.5 feet to its intersection with the northeasterly line of
said Lot 7.
THENCE South 32 Degrees - 38 Ydnutes East along said lot line
52.4 feet to the place of beginninE and containing approxi-mately CX19
acres.
SECTICII 2.
If any section, subsection, or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid
or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, 'the portion so held to be
invalid or unconstitutional shall not affect any other part of the ordinance, which
shall remain in full force and effect.
SIXTiON 3.
This ordinance, after it has been duly passed, shall be entered as an order on
the minutes and penaanent records of the town of Nestover hills, from and after the
date of its entry, the territ=y hereinabove described. shall cease to be a part of
the Town of Igestover Hills.
"TION 4.
That this Ordinance shall become effective and shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, and it is so ordained.
Passed and adopted this day of 1 a g v 1961.
