FOURTH ADDENDUM TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 52998
This Fourth Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number 52998 ("Fourth Addendum") is by
and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas,
acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Studio Six Art Conservation, LLC,
a single member LLC. ("Conservator"), acting by and through Brad Smith, its authorized agent. The City
has designated the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, Inc., to manage this Agreement on its
behalf.
WHEREAS, on October 29, 2019, the City and Conservator entered into a professional services
agreement whereby Conservator will provide general maintenance, conservation, and consultation to the
City for the City's art Collection, said contract being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 52998
("Agreement") and the Agreement is in its third and final renewal term; and
WHEREAS, the City and Conservator have executed three Addendum to the Agreement in order
to set forth the Services to be provided; and
WHEREAS, work included in this Fourth Addendum will be scheduled and completed pending
weather and access and any work that is not able to be completed prior to the end of the third renewal
term shall be documented and submitted in written form to City with supporting detail; and
WHEREAS, City and Conservator wish to set out the Services to be provided specific to this
addendum with the intent that further Services may be requested by City through future addenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the parties
agree as follows:
1. Conservator shall perform regular maintenance and conservation treatment Services annually
and on an as -needed basis on the following artworks in the Collection pursuant to the terms
of the Agreement and any terms contained within this Fourth Addendum:
Draft Treatment Approach and supervise treatment by others

2. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not specifically addressed herein remain in full
force and effect and are binding upon the parties.
