Brittnin for the makin7, and construction of certain street im- provements on the hereinafter described portions of streets in said City, to-wit: 1. E. Cantey Street From the east line of Yuma Street to the west line of Riverside Dr., laioiwn and designated as Unit No. 1 2, W. Ripy Street From the east line of Alice Street to the west line of May Street, --own and designated as Unit No. 2 3. Stanley Avenue From the north line of Yates Street to the south line of Martin Lydon Avenue, known and designated as Unit No. 3 4. Yates Street `;rom the west line of Stanley Avenue to the west line of James Avenue, known and designated as Unit No. 4 5. E. 'Flutler Street From the ea,,--,t line of -N-S Freeway to the east line of New York Street, kno-,m and designated as Unit No. 5 6. 3. Jones Street From the north line of Bowie Street to the north line of Lowden Street, known and designated as Unit 1,,To. 6 ,AS, by sundry proceedings heretofore -gassed by the City Council of the City of Fort �:,Iorth, Texas, including Ordinance No. 4541, a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abut- ting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, ',gi.,,3REAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determnined that, in some inst7uices, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance 11'1o. 4541, and, 14HEREkS, the street -inprovewm(­nts hereinabove mentioned have been com- pleted upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hercinabove des- cribed, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; [104, THE IEFORL,. The certificates shall be numbered, shall describe the property against which the assess- ment has been levied, shall, where known, st.,te the name or names of the true o-,rners of the respective parcels of property asf�essed and shall be issued in an amount equal to the difference between the principal amount of the a�iaessment and the amounts of any credit issued thereon. The numbers of the certificates, with the property descriptions to be shown on the respective certific�ites, together i-Tith the names of the owners of said property, the principal amount of the assessment, the respective credits, if any, which are hereby authorized, granted and allowed against the principal amount of some one or ,,.ore of the assessments heretofore levied, and the principal amount for which each certificate is to be issued after giving effect to such credit, if any, are hereby enumerated and itemized as follows: 7,,raen each of the certificates has i,een duly executed as hereinabove provided, same shall be delivered to the Tax Assessor-Collector for Collection. The City Secretary is hereby directed to engross and enroll this ordinance by copying the caption of same in the Mlinute Book of the City Council of Fort Worth, Texas, and by filing the complete ordinance in the appropriate Ordinance Records of said City. V.
