W&MAS, the Cit, of Fort of Fort Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a controct with Glade Construction Co. for the making and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinaft&r described portions of hell St. in said City, to-wit: bell St. From Brookline Ava to Kelroy St. known and designated as Unit #1 W 105 by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort 4ortq Texas, including Ordinance to. 4601, a por- tion of the cost of sari laTrovement6 w levied and assessed against the re- spective properties abuttingon each of the �,cv : described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners there of; and, A,LLJLA,S, the City Council of the City of Fork Worth, Texas has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality4 it is dowiralle and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No. 4601, and, the street LayroveDents hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets avenues and public places here- inabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accord- ance with the contract therefor; 149W, PHT:P1 OLt,, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tlhl G__T1 CCU1q= OF TiL,' CITY OF FORT W01H, TEXIS, THAT: I. The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with reference thereto be, and it is hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed. The I"Ayor be, and he is here'r.,y, directed to issue and execute in the naz,,ie of the City, certificates in evidence of the special. assessments levied against abutting property and th.e owners thereof for such improvements, and the City Secretary is directed to a• uest same and impress thereca the Cor- porate seal of the City, all in accorJance v�ith proceeding,,i relating to such improvements and assessments. The certificates sliall be nwnbered, shall describe the property against which the as8e„�snent has heen levied, shall, where known, state the name or naries of the true owners of the respective parcels of property assessed and shall.. 're issued in an amount equal to the difference between the principal amount of the assessment and tho amounts of any credit issued thereon.
