Bivens called the City Council Public Comment Meeting of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21 , 2023 , in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall , 200 Texas Street , Fort Worth, Texas. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Motion: Council Member Beck made a motion, seconded by Council Member Nettles, that the Work Session meeting of January 24, 2023 , the minutes of the Work Session and Public Comment meetings of February 7, 2023 , be approved. Bruce Datcher, representing Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church , appeared before Council relative to Cares Act funding in diverse and vulnerable communities in Fort Worth. Letitia Wilbourn, representing Echo Heights Stop Six Environmental Coalition, appeared before Council relative to the proposed Comprehensive Plan. Chris Voigt appeared before Council relative to New City Council Headquarters Project over budget fifty million dollars. Ashley Boylan appeared before Council relative to police brutality against her family. Cynthia Flint Crawford, representing Blake Meadows Homeowners' Association and Surrounding Harmony Hills Community , appeared before Council relative to a neighborhood gas leak on January 18 , 2023. Robert Harvey appeared before Council rel ative to the first amendment and the Fort Worth Police Department. Carolyn Rodriguez appeared before Council relative to Fort Worth . Terry Roach appeared before Council relative to justice and good government. Mary Goodman appeared before Council relative to the Comprehensive Plan for zoning in Echo Heights.
