I. Call to Order
With a quorum of the board members present, President Flores called the meeting of the Crime
Control and Prevention District (CCPD) Board of Directors to order at 4:04 p.m., on Tuesday,
May 24, 2022, in the City Council Conference Room 2020, Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street,
Fort Worth, Texas.
II. Oath of Office
President Flores stated that Assistant City Secretary Gonzales administered the Oath of Office to
Director Alan Blaylock prior to the meeting being called to order.
III. Approval of Minutes — February 22, 2022, Regular Meeting
Motion was made by Director Beck and second by Director Crain to approve the minutes of the
February 22, 2022, meeting. Motion passed 8-0 (Director Bivens absent.)
IV. Written Reports
A. FY 2022 2"d Quarter Performance Report on Activities and Finances
B. Community Based Programs — Program Grant Recommendations
The reports were foi• informationai purposes. No action by the Board was required.

A. CCPD Programs and Violent Crime Update
Assistant Chief Robert Alldredge provided the staff report.
B. Update on Selected Programs
Violence Intervention and Prevention
Pastor Rodney McIntosh, Executive Director VIP Fort Worth, pr•ovided a briefing on the program.
C. FY22 Budget Update
Keith Morris, Assistant Director, provided the staff repor•t.
VI. Action Items
A. Consideration of FY2022 Community Based Programs Recommendation for Program Grants
Totaling $1,500,000.00 to CASA of Tarrant County, MHMR Foundation, One Community
USA, YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, and AB Cl�uistian Learning
Keith Morris, Assistant Director, provided the staff report.
Director Crain left the meeting during the discussion, prior to the vote.
Motion was made by Director Nettles and second by Director Williams to approve the FY2022
Community Based Programs Recommendation for Program Grants Totaling $1,500,000.00 to CASA
of Tarrant County, MHMR Foundation, One Community USA, YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth,
and AB Christian Learning, subject to the receipt of additional information fi�om staff and action by
City Council on June 14th. Motion passed 7-0 (Directors Bivens and Crain absent.)
VII. Public Comments
There were no public comments.
VIII. Board Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Director Nettles requested a listing of the schools that receive the CCPD grant money.
Director Becic requested a HEAT map with an overlay showing where the CCPD monies are
being spent.
Director Nettles requested for information on what programs are being utilized most and what
programs are lacicing in resources.
Director Firestone requested information on the per student allocation of program funds.

Director Nettles requested dii•ection on how to establish a partnership with the school disti•ict
for some type of additional security.
Director Nettles requested additional groups to combat violence and guns
Director Beck requested a report on the different methods that are available to prevent or
interrupt violence to identify possible options to reach different groups so that the different
needs can be addressed by funding from CCPD.
IX. Adj ourn
With no further presentations or discussions, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort
Worth Crime Control and Prevention Board of Directors at 5:14 p.m., on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
