This is a temporary measure pending the completion of a fee study by Zucker Systems which is scheduled to occur in November of this year. The purpose is to fully evaluate the cost of our services so the City Council is able to evaluate the level of cost- recovery that is appropriate. A full report is expected to be presented to the City Council in the first calendar quarter of 2007. In the meantime, this ordinance will establish the interim rate structure. It is anticipated that the proposed adjustments will generate approximately $865,598 in additional revenue. Approval of the attached ordinance will establish funding to support the adopted FY2006-07 budget.
