[], -nyu 11-1 That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter des- cribed areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: No. 64-Z-99: Tract 10 (City Tax Records) J. C. McCommas South Survey, being a 12.372 acre tract more fully described as follows: (3517-21 N. F. 28th Street) Beginning at a point in the north line of N. E. 28th Street, said point being 174.5 feet east of the northeast corner of N. E. 28th Strat and Fairview; Thence East along the north line of N. E. 28th Street a distance of 542 feet to a point for corner; Thence North 00271 West a distance of 200 feet to a point for corner; Thence West along a line 200 feet north of and parallel to the north line of N. E. 28th Street to a point for corner, said point being in the east line of Block 6, Riverside Estates; Thence South along a straight line to the point of beginning. FROM "E" TO "It' Beginning at a point in the north line of N. E. 28th Strel, said point being 174.5 feet east of the northeast corner of N. E. 28th Stret and Fairview; Thence North 0*341 East a distance of 200 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence East along a line 200 feet north of and Parallel to the north line of N. E. 28th Street a distance of 542 feet to a point for corner; Thence North 0'271 West a distance of 845 feet more or less to a point in the south right-of-way line of Kimbo Road; Thence South 76*471 West a distance of 119.3 feet to an iron pin; Thence South 80*021 West a distance of 433.7 feet to an iron pin for corner, said pin being in the south line of Kimbo Road and also in- the east line of Block 6, Riverside Estates; Thence South 0041 East to the point of beginning. FROM fT" TO 4" SECTION 2. The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with the comprehensive plan for the Purpose of promoting health, safety, morals, and the general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic, flood and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of nopulation; to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, parksi & other public requirements. They have been made after a fall and complete public hearing with reasonable consideration, among other things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view cf conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land throughout the community. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Yorth affecti,' zoning and shall not repeal any of the praisions of said ordinances except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions Of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION S. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 6.
