SECTION 2.
The zoning reg'ulations and districts, as heroin established, have been made in accordancu with the
comprehensive plan for the purposo of promoting health, safety, morals, and tho general welfare of

SECTION 3.
11is ordinance shall bo cumulatte of all otner ordinances of the City of Fort Wcath affecting zo•inp,
and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinances oxcept in those intances where pro-
visions of Case ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4.
Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be duclared by tho court to be invalid,
the same shall not affect the validity of tho ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than
the part so declared to be invalid.

AaW person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, waits, neglects or refuses to comply with
or who resists the enforcement of any of the pivisions of this urdinance shall be fined not Jess than
Five and No/lUO Dollars ($5.00) nor more than "No Ihmdred and No/100 Dollars ($20U.00) for each
offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 6.
This ordinance will take effect and be in full force and offect from and after its passage and
pualication as required by law.
