APPROM AS TO FORK AND LIKIMITYs City n City of Fort Worth, Texas Mayor and Council Communication � � DATE REFERENCE SUBJECT: Proposed Abandonment of an PAGE NUMBER Easement in the Wedgwood 9/12/66 PZ-207 I of Addition The Essex Company, owner of all adjoining property, has requested the 7 vacation of the ten-foot north-south utility easement which crosses Lot 7, Block 137, and parallels the common lot lines of Lots 9 and 10, Block 137, Lots 9 and 10 and 13 and 14, Block 138, and Lots 9 and 1.0, Block 139, Wedgwood Addition, as shown on the attached map. This ease- ment is no longer necessary because the owner has granted an easement in another location for utilities . Private utility companies and City departments have reviewed the request and do not object to the proposed vacation. The City Plan Commission has reviewed the request and recommends adoption of an ordinance that has been prepared vacating the easement as proposed.
