See RFI-025 ENGINEER COMMENTS 1.The minimum core drilling diameter shall be 22", and contractor shall coordinate with the drilled shaft sub -contractor for the required temporary casing diameter, If needed, 2,Installed drilled shafts shall not have any direct contact with the existing concrete material. Prior to the drilled shaft concrete installation, Constructor must apply an approximately 1.5" thick, soil separalorCoint filler material between the existing concrete block and proposed drilled shaft circumferencefinlerface.
