University State Bank, owner of all adjoining land, has requested that the
City vacate the north-south alley in Block 10, P. R, Weatherford, and Block
3, Forest Park Additions from W. Berry Street south to Devitt Street. Satin-
Janet right-of-way, acquired by dedication, is paved. If this request is
granted the Applicant will re plat the vacated right-of-way with adjoining
property in order to provide a unified site for a proposed new bank complex.

and have no objections provided a eplat is submitted and either easements
are retained for existing utilities or satisfactory relocation arrangements
are made. The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recolmends
that an ordinance be adopted vacating the public right-of-way as requested.
A replat has been submitted and satisfactory arrangements have been made for
relocation of all existing utility facilities.
