AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6636, WHICH ORDINANCE AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 6625 PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF TEN MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,765,000.00) OF CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1972B. WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1972, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, passed Ordinance No. 6636, which ordinance amended Ordinance No. 6625 authorizing the issuance of Refunding Bonds of the City pursuant to Article 717k(3) of Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes; and, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6636 was adopted to accomplish said refunding since it was anticipated at the time of the adoption thereof that additional statutory authority would be utilized; and, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary that Ordinance No. 6625 be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 6636 be and the same is hereby repealed and held for naught. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 6625 shall remain in full force and effect the same as if Ordinance No. 6636 amending same had never been passed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or- dained. Passed on March 13, 1972. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGALITY: City Attorney
