SERVICE DELIVERY ORDER TO VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT CSC 54007 AD11
BETWEEN DISPLAYS, LLC. AND THE CITY OF FORT WORTH FOR PROFESSOIONAL
ART SERVICES FOR THE FORT WORTH PUBLIC ART COLLECTION
Multi -Year Vendor Services Delivery Order
This Eleventh Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number 54007 ("Eleventh Addendum") is by and
between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting
by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Displays, LLC D/B/A Displays Fine Art
Services, a limited liability company, ("Contractor") acting by and through Pamela Suggs Moore its Vice
President of Sales. The City has designated the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, Inc. (D/B/A
Arts Fort Worth), to manage this Agreement on its behalf.
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2020, the City and Contractor entered into a professional services
agreement whereby Contractor will provide professional art -related services to the City for the City's public
art Collection, said contract being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 54007 ("Agreement") and the
agreement is in its second renewal term;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor executed a First Amendment (CSC 54007 AM1, August 23,
2021), a Second Amendment (CSC 54007 AM2, March 25, 2022), and a Third Amendment (CSC 54007
AM3A7, June 2, 2022);
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor executed CSC 54007-Al (May 5, 2021), CSC 54007A-2
(May 5, 2021), CSC 54007-A3 (May 18, 2021), CSC 54007-A4 (May 26, 2021), CSC 54007-A5 (January
31, 2022), CSC 54007-A6 (May 3, 2022), CSC 54007-AM3A7 (June 2, 2022), CSC 54007-A8 (June 14,
2022), CSC 54007-A9 (July 13, 2022), CSC 54007-A10 (January 31, 2023) to the Agreement in order to
set forth the Services to be provided per the Agreement in accordance with the terms therein; and
WHEREAS, work included in this Eleventh Addendum will be scheduled and completed pending
weather and access to the site and any work that is not able to be completed prior to the end of the second
renewal term may be completed under the third and final renewal term of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor wish to set out the Services to be provided per the Contract that
will be specific to this addendum with the intent that further Services may be requested by City through
future addenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the parties
agree as follows:
1. Conservator shall perform regular maintenance and conservation treatment Services annually
and on an as -needed basis on the following artworks in the Collection purs ant to a terms
