ORDINANCE NO. _ ORDINANCE ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF 1ADDOX AVENUE AND PORTIONS OF SUNDRY OTHER STREETS, AVENUES AND PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, DECLARING ThT, CONTRACT WITH ,,,IS B , IC COUPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS FULLY COMPLETED AND PERFORMED; DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AFTER GIVING EFFECT TO SUNDRY CREDITS HEREIN AUTHORIZED AND ALLOWED AGAINST SOME OF SAID ASSESSMENTS; DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ENGROSS AND ENROLL THIS ORDINANCE BY COPYING THE CAPTION OF SAME IN THE MINUTE BOOK OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, AND BY FILING THE COMPLETE ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORD'S OF SAID CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract with TE��S SI'TULITHIC =111ANY , for the making and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and public places in said City, to-wit: d.Nrf 1: MADDOX AVENUE F't"otn I.`H. 35W to Evans Avenue, known, and designated as Unit 1, Project No. 061-21304.-4553, Echo Phase II.
