LOT 25D, BLOCK 11, OVERTON WEST ADDTTTON V) THA
CITY OF FORT WORTIT, TAR'RAXT COUNTY, TEXAS; A11D PRO-
VIDING FOR TITE, R.MMERSION OF 'AM, IMPEREST OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH IN SAID LANX).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the hereinafter described easements in Lot 25D,
Block 11, Overton 'West Addition to the City of Fort worth, Tar-
rant County, Texas, as shown on plat recorded. in vol . 388-92,
page 55, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Te,,xas, be and
the same are hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and perma-
nently abandoned as easements for public utilities:
Easennent No. I
Beginning at the northwest corner of an exist-
ing 10'x30' anchor easement in said Lot 25.,c),
said point being 30 feet North 52 degrees 50
minutes 30 seconds West zuid 5 feet North 37 de-
grees 09 minutes 30 seconds East from an angle
point in said Lot 251"x, said angle point being also the
most westerly corntwr in I-,,ot 16 and the mowta northerly
corner in Lot 17, said iots 16 and 17 both being in
Bloc], 3.1, Overton West Addition;
Thence South 52 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East
with the northeasterly line of said -amchor easement
15.0 feet;
Thence South 37 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds west
10.0 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of
said anchor easement;
Thence North 52 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds west
with said southwesterly line 15.0 feet to the mouth-
west corner of said anchor easement;
Thence North 37 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East
with the northwesterly line of said anchor easement
10.0 feet to the place of beginning.
Easement No. 2
Beginning at the northwest corner of an existing
10'x30' anchor easement in said Lot 25D, said point
being 30 feet South 88 degrees 44 minutes west end
5.0 feet North 1 degree 1 6 minutes west from an
angle point in said Lot 251), said angle point
also being the most westerly corner in Lot 20
in said Block 11, Overton TKIest Addition;
Thence North 88 degrees 44 minutes East with
the north line of said anchor easement 27.27 feet
to a point 5.0 feet northwesterly at right angles
from the westerly line of said Lot 20;
Thence South 31 degrees 24 minutes west 5.0 feet
westerly from and parallel with said westerly line
of Lot 20, 5.94 feet;
Thence South 33 degrees 56 minutes East parallel
with and 5.0 feet westerly from the westerly line
of said Lot 20, 5.94 feet to a point in the south
line of said anchor easement;
Thence South 88 degrees 44 minutes west with the
south line of said anchor easement 27.27 feet to the
southwest corner of said easement;
Thence North I degree 16 minutes wrest with the
west line of said anchor easement 10.0 feet to the
place of beginning.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of Fort worth in the fee
to the lend in said easements above described is hereby released
and shall revert to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by
law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage.

The subject easements, acquired by dedication, Dore used as an anchor

phone C;oomp u , said utility companies have agreed to this r ,
quest since satisfactory relocation arrange ent have been made, duo
reviewing City departments and private utility companles have no objec-
tions to this request provided satisfactory relocation: arrangements are
made "with Southwestern rn Be ,.l Telephone Corxipany and easements of sufficient
size are retained.
