The existing rip rap on the west side of Marine Creek under the bridge has water seeping out between the joint of the new rip rap we poured and even seeping through the joints in the pavement form approximately station 604+75 to 606+10. Contractors Recommendation: (Please do not leave blank. Provide the contractors recommended solution based on his knowledge of the project and existing conditions to assist with accelerating the response) 1. Remove newly places concrete rip rap, install a subdrain connected to the inlet at 606+10. All concrete work is currently complete. We have a crew onsite preforming backfill and cleanup that could also perform the recommendation, if the resolution is provide in approximately 1 week. This would avoid a remobilization charge for the concrete crew.
