County, Texas, according to the Plat recorded in Volume 388-9, Page 213, Deed Records,

This conveyance is made subject to any and all restrictions, covenants, conditions
and easements, if any, relating to the hereinabove described property, but only to
the extent they are still in effect, shown of record in Tarrant County, Texas, and

In accordance with the policy regarding the purchase, sale or lease of real
property, it is recovaq.ended that approval be given for the acquisition of the
property described below:
1. Name and DescrjRLion of Project
Southeast Landfill Expansion. On February 3, 1981 (M&C C-5519) , the City
Council authorized the City Manager to contract with the firm of Freese-
Nichols to perform an engineering study on the southeast landfill site. The
study was completed in April 1981 and it was recommended in the report that
additional land situated ir=ediately south of the present site be acquired
for expansion. On May 11, 1982 (M&C C-6292) , the City Council authorized a
contract for the design of facilities. These contracts were funded from
general fund accounts subject to the successful passing of proposition No. 3
in the May 22, 1.982 Bond Issue. In Executive Session on February 8, 1983
the Council authorized the acquisition of additional land area.

Description of Improvements: Three bedroom, two bath, frame and asbestos
siding residence, containing approximately 1,800 square feet of gross living
area, in fair to good condition.
4. Consideration
Payment for Property $73,000>00
As additional consideration Sellers will have the option to occupy the pre-
mises as tenant after the property has been sold to the City. If Sellers
occupy the premises as tenant, monthly rental of $150 in advance will commence
180 days following the transfer of title to the City. If Sellers occupy the
premises as tenant for 36 months following the transfer of title, a new con-
tract will be negotiated at the then market rent for the premises.
