municipal WrPOration situated in Tarrant County, Texas , and the
Area MetropoLitan Ambulance Authority (Authority) , an administra-
tive agency created by Interlocal Cooperative Agreement pursoant
to Article 4413 ( 32c ) , Rev . Civ . St at . , a0ting by and through
their duly authorized representatives .

On August 1 , 1988, the City of F=ort North, along with 13 other Tarrant €oun y°

A1'i;c ANAA is responsible for the administrative oversight for delivery of
