the existing hangar-within n .the first twenty-four (24) months off

be reduced to fifteen (15) years. Lessee shall have a right of �=
first refusal to negotiate a new lease with Lessor upon the

year of this lease, Lessee hereby promises and agrees to pay to 'Y>

the premises, and thereafter to make recommendations to Lessee of

During time of war or national. emergency, Lessor shall
have the right to lease the landing area or any part �t

of this instrument, insofar as they are inconsistent with
the provisions of the lease; to the Government, shall be
suspended. Nbth ing cciatained in this lease shall. prevent
Lessee from pursuing any rights which Lessee may have '-
for reimbursement from the United Statos Government for >`
the taking of any part of Lessee's leasehold or for any
lass or damage caused to Lessee by the Uhite d Mattes
Government.
