W I' OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PLAN The property includes a proposed Retaining Wall located along the fully developed 100-year floodplain of the tributary along with natural grade along the tributary. The Owner shall have the retaining wall and slopes surrounding the retaining wall regularly inspected to ensure grades are maintained, slopes are fully stabilized, and the retaining walls remain operational. Regular inspection and maintenance should be performed annually on the retaining wall and surrounding grade and after all rainfall events. Inspection should account for any signs of erosion or damage to either the retaining wall or grade. Slopes showing signs of erosion should be restabilized, and any retaining wall repairs should be completed immediately. The Owner should evaluate any needs to further armor the slopes of the tributary or structurally enhance the retaining wall.
