A traffic signal luminaire was installed on the NE corner of the intersection, however TriCounty Electric said the luminaire was located too close to their line and requested it be removed. There is an illumiantion pole at the intersection that will keep the intersection illuminated. Price is fair and justified comparing to txdot average bid price to remove an item with a bucket truck. This will also add item 118 - TriCounty Electric Invoice for Installing Traffic Signal Power at $3,252.57 per LS. This item will install a new power source to serve existing bid item 109 Metered Pedestal. This will replace the previoulsy added Item 116 - Furnish/Install Elec Sery Pedestal and that item will not be used. Invoice from TriCounty Electric is attached for reference. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Construction Allowance Request by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Construction Allowance Request. The Project/Program Manager signing below acknowledges that he/she is the person responsible for the monitoring and administration of this contract, including ensuring all performance and reporting requirements.
