Model B':ocks for first-time homebuyers pursuarit to a grant received from the United
States Department ot'Housing and Urbam Dz etuprnent `RC,rW) through the Home
Ira w.: nent Partnerships Program("HO1'v�F_") and,
VVIIEREAS, the Contract expires by its terms on April 30, 1999; arid,

ViTTEREAS, the parties have agreed that it is to their mutual benefit to extend the
Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consic�eratiori of these premises and the terms azJ
conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties covenant and agree as follows:
