Council Member Blaylock requested an update on when Council can begin advertising the new tools to residents. 23-0722 Tarrant County 911 District Reallocation of Funding from the FY23 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Radio Interoperability Assistance Programs to Support the Next Gen 911 Implementation and the Acquisition of a New Headquarters - Valerie Washington, Assistant City Manager 23-0723 Zoning Notifications - Stephen Murray, Zoning and Land Use Manager and Michelle Gutt, Community and Public Engagement Director 2. Questions Regarding Significant Zoning Cases for June 13, 2023, Council Meeting Mayor Pro tem Bivens indicated questions may come up regarding ZC-23-055. Council Member Flores asked a question regarding ZC-23-056. 3. Questions Regarding City Council M&C Log for June 13, 2023, Council Meeting There were no questions regarding the M&C Log for June 13, 2023 Council Meeting. 4. Final Report of 1300 Gendy Task Force — Glenn Lewis, Task Force Vice Chair, Dr. John Barnett, Ann Zadeh and Fernando Costa, Assistant City Manager Presentation was made by Glenn Lewis, Task Force Vice Chair, Dr. John Barnett, Ann Zadeh, and Fernando Costa, Assistant City Manager. Opening remarks were made by Task Force Chair Leonard Firestone. Update on Streamlining Commercial Development — Dana Burghdoff, Assistant City Manager Presentation was made by Dana Burghdoff, Assistant City Manager. 6. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Mayor Pro tem Bivens - Report detailing the nuisance abatement case process, the number filed, number active cases, number of cases won from 2021 to present. Council Member Flores - Report on the ability to provide notification when zoning cases have been continued. Council Member Beck - Report on the process for door-to-door salesmen, registration process, enforcement and what other cities are doing.
