Call to Order With a quorum present, President Flores called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 10:52 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 2. Approval of Minutes a. Regular Meeting Held on April 25, 2023 Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Crain to approve the April 25, 2023, meeting minutes. The motion passed on an 8-0 vote. Director Beck was off the dais. Director Parker was absent. 3. Written Reports CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION TUESDAY, MAY 23, 2023 PAGE 2 of 3 a. Unaudited Financial Statements as of April 30, 2023 There was no discussion on the report; they were for informational purposes only. 4. Consider and Adopt a Resolutions Authorizing the Sale of Corporation Land — Leah Brown a. 4913 Ramey Avenue and 2510, 2512, 2514, 2516, and 2518 Sheraton Drive to First Step Community Empowerment for a total sales price of $108,000.00 for the construction of affordable single-family housing in the Stop Six Neighborhood Motion was made by Secretary Bivens and seconded by Director Williams to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2023-23, authorizing the Sale of Corporation Land. The motion passed on a 9-0. Director Parker was absent. 5. Consider and Adopt Revised Resolution Authorizing Partnership with OPG CR Managers, LLC, or an Affiliate, to Develop Clifton Riverside, a Proposed 94-unit Tax - Exempt Affordable Housing Development, located at 2406 and 2412 East Belknap within the Six Points Urban Village to Reflect that Corporation will be 95% Owner of General Partner Entity with 5% owned by a historically underutilized business (HUB) as required by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs — Amy Connolly Motion was made by Director Crain and seconded by Secretary Bivens to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2023-24, Authorizing Partnership with OPG CR Managers, LLC, or an Affiliate, to Develop Clifton Riverside, a Proposed 94-unit Tax -Exempt Affordable Housing Development, located at 2406 and 2412 East Belknap within the Six Points Urban Village to Reflect that Corporation will be 95% Owner of General Partner Entity with 5% owned by a historically underutilized business (HUB) as required by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Adjourn With no further discussion, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
