1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, President Flores called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of
the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation (Corporation) at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28,
2022, in the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building,
200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
2. Approval of Minutes
Motion was made by Director Crain and seconded by Director Nettles to approve the
May 24, 2022, minutes of the Corporation as presented. The motion passed 9-0.
3. Written Reports
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of May 31, 2022
There was no discussion on the report; it was for informational purposes only.
4. Consider and Adopt Resolutions Funding the Development of Two Permanent Supportive
Housing Projects at 7550 Crowley and 8843 Camp Bowie Drive West
a. Briefing on the proposed Journey Home Housing and Comp Bowie West projects
Ms. Tara Perez, Directions Home Manager, provided the staff report.
b. Consider and Adopt a Resolution approving a forgivable, subordinate loan to New Leaf
Community Services or an affiliate for the development of the Camp Bowie West project

Motion was made by Director Beck and seconded by Director Bivens to adopt Resolution No.
FWHFC-2022-08, approving a forgivable, subordinate loan to New Leaf Community Services or
an affiliate for the development of the Camp Bowie West project. The motion passed 9-0.
c. Consider and Adopt a Resolution approving a forgivable, subordinate loan to Presbyterian
Night Shelter of Tarrant County or an affiliate for the development of the Journey Home
Housing Project.

Motion was made by Director Beck and seconded by Director Bivens to adopt Resolution No.
FWHFC-2022-09, approving a forgivable, subordinate loan to Presbyterian Night Shelter of
Tarrant County or an affiliate for the development of the Journey Home Housing Project. The
motion passed 9-0.
5. Consider and Adopt Resolution for the Sale of Single Family Lots Located at 5401 Cottey
Street; 5151 and 5175 Charlene Drive; and 2513 and 2514 Wills Point Court in the Stop
Six Neighborhood to HRM Construction Company, LLC for Affordable Single -Family
Housing Development
Mr. Chad LaRoque, Housing Development and Grants Manager, provided the staff report.
Motion was made by Director Bivens and seconded by Director Williams to continue this item to
the next scheduled meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation. The motion passed
9-0.
6. Briefing on Status of Tobias Place Development
Ms. Amy Connolly, Administrator, provided the staff report.
There was no action taken on this item; it was for informational purposes only.
7. Executive Session
There was no Executive Session.
8. Requests for Future Agenda Items
There were no requests for future agenda items.

With no further discussion, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing
Finance Corporation at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
