Call to Order With a quorum present, President Flores called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 2. Approval of Minutes a. Regular Meeting Held on September 27, 2022 Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Blaylock to approve the September 27, 2022, meeting minutes. The motion passed on a 7-0 vote, Directors Parker and Williams absent. 3. Written Reports a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of September 30, 2022 b. Investment Report as of September 30, 2022 CITY OF PORT WORTH, TEXAS FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2022 PAGE 2 of 3 There was no discussion on the reports; they were for informational purposes only. 4. Consider and Approve Amendment to Resolution FWHFC-2021-20 to Change a Portion of the Funding Provided for the Development of Tobias Place in the Amount of $370,281.65 from a Forgivable Loan to a Grant to Reimburse Specified Pre -Development Costs — Amy Connolly, Neighborhood Services Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Secretary Bivens to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2022-12, approving Amendment to Resolution FWHFC-2021-20 to Change a Portion of the Funding Provided for the Development of Tobias Place in the Amount of $370,281.65 from a Forgivable Loan to a Grant to Reimburse Specified Pre -Development Costs. The motion passed on a 7-0 vote, Directors Parker and Williams absent. 5. Consider and Approve Amendment to Resolution FWHFC-2022-05 to Allow the FWHFC to Secure Sales Tax Exemption in the Approximate Amount of $300,000.00 by Serving as Part of a Joint Venture Instead of as the General Contractor for the Development of Palladium Oak Grove — Amy Connolly, Neighborhood Services Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Crain to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2022-13, approving Amendment to Resolution FWHFC-2022-05 to Allow the FWHFC to Secure Sales Tax Exemption in the Approximate Amount of $300,000.00 by Serving as Part of a Joint Venture Instead of as the General Contractor for the Development of Palladium Oak Grove. The motion passed on a 7-0 vote, Directors Parker and Williams absent. 6. Executive Session There was no Executive Session. 7. Requests for Future Agenda Items There were no requests for future agenda items. 8. Adjourn With no further discussion, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 11:13 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
