Call to Order With a quorum present, President Allen Gray called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation (Corporation) at 2:33 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, in the City Council Conference Room, Room 290 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 2. Consider and Adopt Resolution Approving Both Construction/Permanent Loans and Development Funding for Permanent Supportive Housing in Support of the Application by Fort Worth Housing Solutions and the City of Fort Worth for a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant for the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Neighborhood Mr. Fernando Costa, General Manager, reviewed the background on the funding requested in support of the application by the Fort Worth Housing Solutions and the City of Fort Worth. The Corporation is requested to adopt a resolution approving both construction and permanent loans and development funding for permanent supportive housing. Motion was made by Director Shingleton and seconded by Director Jordan, to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2019-06, Approving Both Construction/Peimanent Loans and Development Funding for Permanent Supportive Housing in Support of the Application by Fort Worth Housing Solutions and the City of Fort Worth for a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant for the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Neighborhood. The motion carried 8-0 (Director Byrd absent). 3. Consider and Adopt Resolution Setting Aside $5 Million of the Corporation's Funds for the Development of Permanent Supportive Housing in the City of Fort Worth Motion was made by Director Price and seconded by Director Bivens, to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2019-07, Setting Aside $5 Million of the Corporation's Funds for the Development of Permanent Supportive Housing in the City of Fort Worth. The motion carried 9-0. CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2019 PAGE 2 of 2 4. Executive Session There was no Executive Session. 5. Request for Future Agenda Items There were no requests for future agenda items. 6. Adjourn With no further discussion, President Allen Gray adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
