business in Texas, acting by and thro�gh Bob Gorski, its duly au�horized Chief Financiaf
Off cer.
The following introductory prov�sions are true and correct and form the basis of
this Amendmenf,
A. Lessor and Lessee previously entered into City Secretary Confract
("���"') No. 276fi4, a lease of office space within the Termir�al Building at
Fort Worth Meacham International Airpor#.
B. Lessee is currently leasing Suites: 216, 2�6A, 2�65, 220, 222, 224, 226,
228, 230, 230A, 230B, 230C, 230D, 230E, 232, 232A, 232B and 234.
C. Lessee's business has expanded and Lessee wishes to add 5uites: 236,
236A, and 2368 to its current office suites. Lessor is willing to consent to
Lessee's request on the pro�isions and conditions o# �his Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and �aluab2e consideration, �he rec�ipt and
adequacy of which are he�eby acEcnowledged, Lessor and Lessee agree to the
fnllowing. �
1, Section 1 of the Lease (property leased) is hereby amended to add fihe
follawing: �
1.2 492 sq�are feet of second floor office space identified as the Suites
236, 236A, and 236B and depicted on Exhibi� "r4��" of this
amendment, as part of the Premises leased under fhe Lease.
Exhibits "A" and uA-1" eollectively depict the Premises.
2. Pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Lease, Les�ee shall as o� the execution
date of ihis amendment, pay Lessor morrthly instaifinents of Three
Thousand Five Hundred Forty�Twoand 0211 a0 .Dollars {$3,542.02) for the
Premis�s. This rental amaunt will be subjeci to adjustment as provided by
and in accardance with Section 3.2 of tne Lease,
3. This Amendment shall #ake effect the date of executian.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recammended thaf the City Co�ancil authorize the City Manager to execute Amendmen# No. 1 to
C�ty Secretary Cantraci No. 27664, a lease with Mission Res�arch Corpora�ion for office space in the
terminal build9ng at Fort Worth Meacham In#ernational Airpar#.
DISCUSS[ON:
Currently, under City 5�cr�tary Cantract No. 27664, Mission Research Corporation leases se�eral
� suites on the second floor of the terminal building at Fart Workh M�acham Int�rnational A�rport.
The Auiafiion Department has received a request from Mission Researc� Corporation to add Suites 236,
236A, and 2366 to its current affice suites.
This amendm�nt will take effect an the da�e of execution, and is renewable o� an annual basis �acf�
October 1, unless canceled by �ither party with 30 days written notice. Reni during the renewal periods
will comply with the rates es#ablished by the A�iatian ❑epartment`s Schedule of Rates and Charges.
Total revenue recei�red from this lease wi{I be $3,542.02 per month, or $42,504.24 per year. Based an
an assumed start date of February 1, 2a03, ihe reuenu� that wil[ be recei�ed under this lease for the
r�maind�r of the fiscal year is $28,335.16.
All other provisions and conditions of the fease agr�ement shall remain in effect.
The property is lacated in C4UNCIL D15TRICT 2.
FISCAL INFORMATIDNICERTIFICATION:
The Finance Director certifies that the RevenUe Di�ision of the Finance Department wifl be responsible
far the collection and deposit nf funds due to the Ci�y under this agreement.
