AB�TEMENT AMQUNT�, TERMS AND CONb�T�ONS. Subject to and in�accarda�ce with �his Agreement, the Czty here�iy gran�s to Owner a real pxoperty fax abatement on the Pzem�ses, the Regnired 7mpro�ve�aents, as specifically provided in �s Sect�on 2("Abatement"). Inspection of Premises. Notice to Cure. Subjecf to Section 5, zf the City detezfinznes that an Event of Default has accurred, the City sha11 pxavide a writien no�ice to Owner that describes fhe naturE of the Event af Default. Comflicts Between Dncuments.
