The parEies anticipate that City and its staff and governing bodies wi11 support and accept all such subsequent applications for development approvals or permits by ��vner, i�, �.Iuain� but not limited to ap�lications £orr annexation, pxeliminary plat and firial piat approval, so I�ng as such appIications comply �ith the Development Regulations aud subsiantially �onform wit�a. th e �;o�cept Plam and ihe zonin.g enacted purs�xant to paragraph 2{U} below.
