CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
JULY 23,2013
After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Mayor Pro tem Zimmerman
adjourned the Council meeting of the Fort Worth City Council at 11:26 a.m. on Tuesday, July
23, 2013, to convene into the Special City Council Meeting for the closed Executive Session in
the Pre-Council Chamber of the Fort Worth Municipal Building.

With a quorum of the City Council Members present, the Fort Worth City Council convened into
closed Executive Session at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, in the Pre-Council Chamber
of the Fort Worth Municipal Building to discuss matters pertaining to the following:
1. Seek the advice of its attorneys concerning the following pending or contemplated
litigation or other matters that are exempt from public disclosure under Article X, Section 9 of
the Texas State Bar Rules and as authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code:
a. Legal issues related to the regulation of sexually oriented businesses; and
b. Legal issues concerning any item listed on today's,City Council meeting agendas;

2. Deliberate the purchase, mdc\ lease or value of real property in u000rduoco with Section
