NOW THEREFORE, the COUNTY and CITY agree as follows: 1. The COUNTY agrees to provide routine repaafr and maintenance of the existing raadvway surface on North Tarrant Parkway from U.�. Hwy. 377 west ta Fossil Ridge High 5choal. DISCLISSION: Tarrant County has agreed #o enter i�to an Interlocal Agreemeni to provide maintenance and repair on North Tarrant Parkway from LJS Highway 377 west to Fossil Ridge High School. Under this agr�emen�, Tarrant County will pro�ide and pay for the cost of all the necessary labor, equipmer�t, an� material to perform this work. The City agrees to the closing of the road for through fraffic for the duraiiori of the project, or as deemed necessary by Tarrant Caunty. This projeci is lacafed in COUNCIL DISTRICT 4. FISCAL INFORMATIONICERTIFICATION: The Finance Director certifies that #his action will have no material effect on City funds.
