D15CUSSION: On December 11, 2001 (M&C C-18878), the Ci�y Council approved a Dev�laper's Agr�ement bet►nreen #h� City of Fort Worth and Sendera Ranch, Ltd. One of the requirements of this agreement was that the Cify would construct offsite water and sanitary sewer mains from an existing sewer main in tne Trinity River Authority service area east of the development to the southeastern boundary of the cievelopment. � The Trinity River Authority {TRA) has agreed to provide financing fior the design and construction of the water and sewer infrastructure since t�e Sendera Ranch De�elapment is located in the TRA service area serv�d by the Denton Creek V1lastewater Treatment Plant. This agreement provides for #he TRA to issue bonds payabl+e from and secured by payments made by the City, sufficient to fund the cost af d�sign and construction of the required facilities in the amaur�t of $11,200,000. FISCAL INFORMATIONICERTIFICATION: The Finance Director certifies fhat funds for this agreement are nat required a� this time.
