WHEREAS, on October 1, 2000, the City af Fort Worth (the "City"} a.nd Histaric Camp
Bowie, Inc. {#he "Contractar"}, entered into City Secretary Contract Na. 26409, which �rnvides
for certain imprav�ments aad servicas to be provided in the Fort Warth Public Improvement
Distric� No. $, which improvements artd/or services consist of a marketing/promation p�rogram, �,
communieatians pragram, a capitol impro�ement program, a management program; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor have mutually agreed that the aforesaid contrac�
sb�all be e�ended for an additiona.l one-year period be�inning October 1, 2001, and ending
September 34, 2002, b�t with th� a�n�ndments hereinafter contained;
NQW T`HEREFQRE, the City and the Contractor agree:
That, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and agreements
cantained herein, �he City of Fort Worth, hereinafter re;ferred to as "City", act�ng b� and through
Charl�s R. Bo�w�l�, its duly authorized Assista.n� City 1Vlanager, and Historic C�mp Bowie, Inc.,
hereinafter r�ferred to as "Cnntractor", acting by and through Brandy 4'Q�tinn, �ts duly
authorized President, do herehy covenant aud agree a� £ollows:
That ttze afnresaid contract for improvements aIIdlor s�rvices in the Fort Worth Pub�ic
Impravement District Na. S, between the City a�d ContraCtor, dated October 1, 200fl,
referred to as City Secretary Cantract No. 2$409, be and is hereby e�ended for the peripd
beginning October 1, 20U1, and t�rminati�ag an September 30, 2002, but with the foIlowing
amendments thereto:
a) Section V, Term, is hereby amended by changing the first sentenc� thereof to read as
fo�lows (p. 4): "The term of this contract will be for a period of one year beg�ing
Octaber 1, 20Q1, and �ermi�ating Sept�mb�r 30, 2002."
b} Sectio� VI, Pavmen#s to Contractor,. Subsection D, i� hereby changed by adding the
following:

period sball cansist of the following arriaunts for th� fol�owing impravemants and/ar

Nate: The entire cost of the district praposed budget wou:ld be funded by assessments to
property owners. The City wi�l coniin�ue to pravide the standard le�el of services in
the district.
In #he case of any improvements and/or services which the Contractor daes not provide
throug�out the entire 12 month term ai tl�e contract, the Contractor sha11 receive a pro ra#a
gayment to caver the months when such improvements and/ar sexvices wece aetually prav�ded.
2. That except as hereby e�rtended and amended, �e provisions of the ariginal Con#ract No.
26409 aha11 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
