TfIAT this Amendment of Lease Agreement is made and entered into between
Weingarten Realty Investors {"Lessor") and the City of Fort Wortl�, a mtxnicipal
corporation, aeting by and througl� its dul� authorized representatives {"Lessee"}
WITI�TESSETH
1. Lessor and Lessee hereby con�'irm and ratify, except as modified below, ail af the
terms, conditions and covenants in that certain Lease Agreement c�ated December
28, 1995, #he letter agreements and the Octobe� 5, �400 Amendment of Lease
Agreement extending the term Until Sep#ember 30, 2�01 far affices Iacated at
5043 OId Granbury Road, Fort WortI1, Texas 76133.
2. Lessor and Lessee agree tha� effecfiive October 1, 2001 the Lease sha11 be renevved
for a tertn oione (1) year and shall expire on �eptemUer 34, 2D02.
3. Lessor and Lessee agree that the City of Fort Worth may renew the Lease for
successive terms of 12 months each up to a maximum of three successive ierms. *
4. Lessor and Lessee agree that the rent will z'emain at $2�4,0OO.OD per year.
5. A11 other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement and renewai
letters remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
