TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 2539� TdH.ANGER LEASE AGr2EE1i�ENT � This AMENDMENT NO. 1 T4 CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 2539� ("Amendrneut") is made a�d entered inta by and between the CTTY OF FORT WORTH (�4Lessor"}, a home rule municipa.l c;ornoration arganized. under the laws of tlne State of Texas and acting by and through its duiy authorized Assistant City Manager; and JOHN C. FONVILLE ("Lessee"), an individual. The following introductory provisians are tru� and coreeet and form the basis of this Arnendment: A. Lessor and Lessee previously entered into City Secretary Contract ("CSC"} No. 25395 {the "Lease), a lease of T-Hanger 14S-D at Fort Worth Meacharn International Airpart ("Airport"}, which is incarporated herein by reference far all purposes. B. Less�e wishes ta add storage area No. 1 to his current Iease. Lessor is will}ng to consent to Lessee's request on the provisians and conditions of this Amendrnent. NOW, THEREF4RE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are he:reby acknowledged, Lessor and Lessee agre� as follows: i. Section 1 of the Lease (property Leased) is hereby amended to add the following 1.2 1�43 square feet of sioxage space, identified as storage a�rea No. 1 and described in Exhibit "A��" of this Amendment, as part of th� Premises leased under the Lease. E�hibits "A" and "A-1" collectively depict the entire Prenzises. �. Pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Lease, Lessee shall as of the execution date of this Amendrnent, pay Lessor as monthly rent for the Premises the s�m of T�ro Hundred Sixty-Three and 82/100 ($263.82). This rental amount will be sub�ect to adjustment as provided by and in aceardance with Section 3.2 of the Lease. 3. �. �. This Arnendment shall take effect as of February 1, 2002. All capitalixed t�:rms used but not defined in this Arriendment shall hava the rneanings assigncd to them in the Lease. All provisions and conditions of the Lease that are not expressly amended hereir� shall rernain in full force and effect.
