The facus of the project is ta modify and improve upo� the existing gabions and not necessarily armor ather creek areas with new bas�Cets ar�d mattressas. The ca�structian cast for tMis effort is anticipated to remain less than $25,OOQ. This is a remedia[ project and nat new construction. Scoae of I�ork: 1. Prnfessional Engineering Serr�ice� - A. Phas� I, II, & Ilf — Cancept ta Final Construction Plans (1) The construction documents shall consist of a contract documents 1 . specification hooklei with a fold-out (11 X17} plan and ihe apprvpriate details. {2} The p[an ancf details wifl b� of a generic nature; specifc cross-sections, horizontal control and grade elevations will not be provided. {3} There will be no formal Concept or Preliminary Submittal... substantially complete construction documents will be generated and submitted to the City for review and comment. {4) Attend project designlrevi�w meeiing with city staff as required {ane meetir�g is anticipated}. � B.
