RENEWAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between the City of FQrt Worth, a
municipal corporation, acting herein by and through Ramon Guajardo,
its duly authorized Assistant City Manage�, and TEXAS JET, INC.,
acting by and through REED PIGMAN, JR., its d�ly authorized
PRESIDENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth and TEXAS JET, ZNC., have
entered into that certain Agreem�nt identified as Ci.ty Secretary
Cantract No. 18814, as previously renewed by City Secretary
Contract No. 19503, which is subject to annual renewa]. as agreed by
the parties; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to said City
Secretary Contract Na. 18814, as previously renewed by City
Secretary Contract No. 19503, that it be renewed and extended for
a period of time beginning OCTOBER ]., 1993 and ending SEPTEMBER 30,
199�.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTTES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

City Seeretary Contract No. 18814, as previously renewed by
City Secretary Contract No.-19�03, currently on �ile in the office
o� the City Secretary of the City of Fort Worth, is hereby renewed
and extended in its entirety for a period b�ginning �CTOBER 1, 1993
and ending SEPTEMBER 30, 1994, except for new rent�•l.r�tes as set
out below in Seat�.on 2 nf this Agreement. -� -� • �. :� .

will remain in�eff�ct during the perxod of this Renewal Agr�ement.
