A. Call to Order
After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, with a quorum of the City
Council Members present, Council Member Flores called the Executive Session Meeting to
order and the Fort Worth City Council convened into closed Special Called Executive Session at
12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in the City Council Conference Room 2020 of the
Fort Worth City Hall to discuss matters pertaining to the following:
B. The City Council will conduct a closed meeting in order to discuss matters permitted by
the following sections of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code:

Deliberate the employment, evaluation, and duties of the City Manager as authorized by Section
551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

Deliberate the employment, evaluation, and duties of the City Attorney as authorized by Section
551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

Deliberate the employment, evaluation, and duties of the City Auditor as authorized by Section
551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
No discussion occurred.
7. Section 551.074, PERSONNEL MATTERS
Deliberate the employment, evaluation, and duties of the City Secretary as authorized by Section
551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
No discussion occurred.
C. The City Council may reconvene in open session in the City Council Conference Room and
act on any item listed on the Executive Session Agenda in accordance with Chapter 551 of
the Texas Government Code.
D. Adjourn
With no further business to be conducted, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeti at 2:05 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
